HeartHug is a heart of hearts in spate, overflowing with soft, calming emotion. The dividing wound that cuts deep into this tenderness carries a quiet longing to be undone by its healing presence - all the more so because it cannot.

HeartHug invites you on a singular final journey - a passage through gentle mountain ranges and winding trails, through canyons and rivers, toward quiet viewpoints where one may pause to rest and reflect. There are turns and waves of pain and hope within this design. There are smooth arches of peace and ribbons of support that offer relief when carrying the great weight of grief. One may stand upon it, or be immersed within it.

There is an inevitable shadow in the valley, yet it is embraced and held by light - because it, too, was once precious. It allows for a repair so fundamental to all vital relationships. Or perhaps we are not yet ready to step out onto the fully lit plain.

HeartHug is not for everyone, because not everyone has been so intimately close to us. Not everyone is this important, this dear, this deeply a part of us - so much so that, together, we became something greater than either of us alone. Look closely, and you will see that the heart is not alone, but entwined in an eternal dance with another heart.

From a bird’s-eye view, a subtle reference to the Tao emerges within HeartHug, making peace with the ultimate transition.

Approximate dimensions

HeartHug measures almost 24 cm in height and nearly the same in width (at the widest point), with the capacity of 3.95 litres (equivalent to 240.58 cubic inches), which means it is most suitable for between 55 and 110 kg (242.5 lb) in weight. The keepsake version of this Pleiad is 230 ml.

Luxi seal ready

Thoughtfully designed to support through grief and towards healing, the lids for Luxi Pleiades feature a heart-shaped handle that fits the matching stand only. While sealing the urn with a lid figuratively representing love is already powerful, it can be made even more of a unique sealing ritual if the urn is purchased together with its dedicated stand. Materials, colours and finish

Our products are crafted from advanced composite materials, combining several components to achieve strength and beauty. Through rigorous testing in a range of environmental conditions, we have ensured that each finished piece is built to last while remaining remarkably lightweight.

Every item is completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Most pieces feature multiple layers of high-gloss varnish for a refined, polished appearance, though a satin finish - shown in the gallery - is also available upon request.

This piece is currently offered in pearl silver tones and ivory. Alternative colours can be produced with a minimum order of 10 units.
