Luxi urns are available in three series based on their finish. The Winter Series (3D-printed) primarily features duotone urns with a subtly textured surface and a delicate sheen. The Hand-Painted Series includes three distinctive designs (Poetic, Galactic, and Hieroglyphs) each with a unique hand-painted pattern, an irregular surface, and a glossy finish. The Monochromatic Series offers a more classic appearance, with a smooth surface and a high-gloss finish.

These designs are named after the Greek nymphs believed to dwell in the night sky and associated with rain. Ancient Greek sailors used these stars for navigation, as their heliacal rising marked the start of the sailing season. The word Pleiades is thought to derive from plein (πλεῖν), meaning “to sail” in Greek.
