Luxi Ivory Serein is a perfect choice to celebrate the light of life, especially that of a pure, cheerful spirit.

  • Serein is a mist or fine rain from a clear sky, especially after sunset; often observed in the tropics.
  • Serein comes from Latin serenus – ‘peaceful/ calm/ clear’ and while it generally referred to the weather, it would also be used figuratively to mean ‘cheerful/ tranquil/ unruffled’
  • We used ivory for the lightness and sheer beauty of this particular Ash wood.
  • Some Ash varieties are used in landscaping and come with notable weeping habits, which (to our mind) makes this wood particularly fit for purpose.
