Availability and shipping
For businesses based in Poland, if the requested products are not currently in stock, production will take approximately 45 working days. Should we complete your order sooner, we will notify you immediately.
For businesses in the UK and other European countries, please allow the same production timeframe plus additional shipping time, which varies depending on the destination. Minimum order quantities will apply and we will need to discuss beforehand on a case by case basis.
All orders are shipped immediately once ready.
As will have been agreed, please allow appropriately more time for any items requiring custom finish or personalisation.
Unless your parcel comes under 2 kg, we use UPS for shipping. Most orders including to the USA make it within 2 weeks, usually faster. If you are in a hurry and willing to cover additional shipping cost for a faster delivery, please email us at hello@luxiurns.com or call us on +48 504 322 345 and we will try to organise a suitable alternative.
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number for monitoring delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Returns and exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange your product, please contact us directly by emailing hello@luxiurns.com or calling +48 504 322 345.
To be accepted, products for exchange or return are required to be unused, undamaged and in original, secure packaging, as well as returned within 21 days from purchasing date. Products returned after 21 days, for up to 30 days from purchasing date, will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.
After 30 days no products will be accepted for return or exchange. Please also note that no personalised products can be returned. This includes engraved items (such as urn pedestals) and items made to order.
When applicable, refunds are issued in full and without delay, and no later than 10 working days from date when we receive the returned item from the customer. Exchanges within the same price range are arranged as promptly as possible.
If your product arrives damaged, please get in touch immediately and we will work with you to arrive at mutually satisfying solution of the matter. (In the event UPS requests to first view the claimed damage, please refrain from returning the item to us until appropriate arrangements are in place).
